These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the noccioro.it website. By placing an order, the user declares that they have read and accepted them.

2. Products and prices
The products are described in their respective product pages. Prices are expressed in Euro and are understood to be VAT included. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated at checkout (see Shipping and Returns). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price indicated at the time of the order shall prevail.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The order is deemed concluded when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right not to accept orders that are incomplete, incorrectly completed, or in the event that the product is unavailable; in such cases we will refund any amount already paid.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through the Shopify platform and its related networks (credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments). Noccioro does not have access to the complete data of the payment instruments.
5. Shipping
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times are described on the Shipping and Returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with the procedures set out on the Shipping and Returns page. The exceptions provided by law for sealed or perishable food products apply (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
The legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code applies to the products. As these are food products, you are advised to check the expiry date and to store them in accordance with the instructions shown on the label.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint you may write to e-mail. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For anything not expressly provided for herein, the applicable consumer protection regulations in force shall apply.
