Where we ship
We ship within Italy (islands included) and to most of Europe (see the zones below). For islands and special territories (Canary Islands, Balearics, Madeira, Azores, Corsica, Ceuta, Melilla), Switzerland and destinations not listed, please write to us at e-mail: we’ll prepare a tailored quote.
Shipping costs
- Italy — 9.99 €; free for orders equal to or greater than 49 €.
- Europe · Zone A (Germany, Austria, France, Spain) — 12.50 €; free for orders over 300 €.
- Europe · Zone B (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Portugal) — 18.00 €; free for orders over 400 €.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout. The larger your order, the better: above the threshold, shipping is free. 🌰
Times
- Order processing: 1-2 business days from confirmation.
- Delivery within Italy: 2-4 business days from dispatch, via express courier (GLS, Liccardi or SDA).
- Delivery to the rest of Europe: 7-12 business days from dispatch.
These times are indicative and may vary during peak seasons (Christmas, Easter) or for reasons beyond our control.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
Damaged or incorrect product
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at e-mail, attaching a photo: we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Communicate your intention to withdraw by writing to e-mail within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the product within the following 14 days. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Important (food products). For reasons of hygiene and health protection, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, nor to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Products that are intact and sealed may instead be returned within the terms indicated above.
